1 Overview

At Shenzhen Chenonn Electronic Limited, we are committed to supplying authentic, high-quality electronic components. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

This policy applies to all orders placed through chenonn.com or directly via email and WhatsApp.

2 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

• Items received are defective or do not function as specified
• Wrong part number or specification was shipped
• Items are counterfeit or not from the stated manufacturer
• Quantity received does not match the invoice
• Items were damaged during shipping

3 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Components that have been soldered, modified, or used
• Items damaged due to improper handling, storage, or electrostatic discharge (ESD)
• Custom orders or special-sourced items ordered specifically for the customer
• Items without original packaging where packaging is required for resale

4 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the refund decision within 3 business days.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.)
• Partial refunds may be issued for partial returns or minor discrepancies
• Exchange for the correct item can be arranged as an alternative to a refund

5 Shipping Costs

• Our error (wrong item, defective, counterfeit): We cover all return shipping costs
• Customer error (ordered wrong part, changed mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns — we are not responsible for items lost in transit

6 How to Initiate a Return

All components supplied by Shenzhen Chenonn Electronic Limited are sourced from authorized distributors, original manufacturers, or verified suppliers in the Huaqiangbei market. We stand fully behind the authenticity of our products.

If any component is found to be counterfeit, we will provide a full refund including shipping costs, with no questions asked.
